Hotel Florescente - Lisbon

We stayed at the Residencial Florescente at the beginning of July for 3 days. The Guys on reception were very helpful on everything we asked . The room on the second floor front although small had everything we needed. It was a little noisy at night but we knew that being where it was and it didnt affect us.The breakfast was adequate, everywhere was clean and towels and bed linen changed each day. There is also a nice lounge. Altogether a nice place to stay in central location, would use again

The staff made this a most pleasant stay Antonio, the front desk manager wass one of the most helpful and pleasant hospitality people that I have ever encountered. The hotel was convenient to all forms of transportation to make the trip a great experience. Our only complaint was, and this does not reflect on the hotel, was that the nearby resturants all employed streethawkers which we found to be irratating. Hotel gets an a- because we are spoiled by softer mattresses.

I really enjoyed my stay with spacious rooms and a central position close to Rossio Square and Lisbon Cathedral, and the staff were super friendly too! But the breakfast timing could use a bit of flexibility for early risers like myself.

We stayed in a modest superior king room with air conditioning and afternoon tea provided. Fab bread and pastries, overall the breakfast was lovely. The hotel was centrally located short walk to main attractions, transport, restaurants, sightseeing and also night life at Bairro Alto and restaurants & stores.

It is centrally located 2 km away from a historic castle.

The hotel was very functional and in an excellent locatiom. I would use again if we were to visit Lisbon.

Location was excellent and within walking distance of old part of city. Quiet at night. Rooms reasonably comfortable.

I felt really sad that for this hotel as the receptionist are so unhappy:-(.i never heard any greeting from them.if somebody ask them something,they answer in such manner that u regret bothering them!

Consider exploring the unique local dining options recommended by the staff. They provide a taste of authentic cuisine you might not find on your own.

the room facing the street was noisy, especially on saturday night.

The helpfulness of the reception manager. Helped with luggage. Explained fully where to park our car. Helped create our internet connection. Nothing was too much trouble. So central too.
